An intensive, hands-on programme designed for immediate application in your school context. Each day builds on the previous, culminating in a personalised implementation plan.

Day 1

Foundations of Inclusive Education

European legal framework: UN Convention, EU Disability Strategy 2021-2030. Defining inclusion vs integration. Identifying barriers to participation in our own classrooms.

Day 2

Universal Design for Learning

UDL principles in practice: multiple means of representation, expression, and engagement. Differentiated instruction techniques. Designing accessible materials and flexible assessments.

Day 3

Managing Diversity in the Classroom

Cultural diversity and intercultural communication. Supporting multilingual learners. Socio-economic factors and their impact on learning. Trauma-informed teaching practices.

Day 4

SEN, Neurodiversity & Learning Differences

Dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, and other learning differences. Practical classroom strategies and assistive technology. Collaboration with specialists and families.

Day 5

Restorative Practice & Implementation

Restorative approaches to classroom management. Building an inclusive school culture. Creating your personal inclusion action plan. Europass certification ceremony.
